Directions to the Putnam County Park:

From Interstate 84

Take Exit 19 for Rte 312 and follow to Carmel.
Turn Right onto Rte 6
Follow Rte 6 to the intersection with Rte 52 at Lake Gleneida

From the Intersection of Route 52 and Route 6 in the Hamlet of Carmel, NY

Follow to the traffic light in front of the County Courthouse and turn onto  Rte 301
Follow Rte 301 across the causeway over the West Branch Reservoir
Turn right immediately at the end of the causeway onto Gipsy Trail Road
Take Gipsy Trail for about 1 mile to a sharp curve to the left
The 4H Fair Grounds are on your right, the County Park directly in front.

From the Taconic Parkway

Exit at Rte 301 (to Carmel)
Follow Rte 301 for about 7 miles to just before the Causeway
Turn left immediately before the causeway onto Gipsy Trail Road
Take Gipsy Trail for about 1 mile to a sharp curve to the left
The 4H Fair Grounds are on your right, the County Park directly in front.
